Let’s create your next collection
Evildesign supports established fashion brands, startups and creative entrepreneurs with collection concepts, garment design, graphics, tech packs and sample development.
My services
Evildesign supports established fashion brands, startups and creative entrepreneurs throughout the complete collection development process.
Whether you need support with a full menswear collection or additional freelance design capacity for a specific phase, the process can be adapted to your brand, team and project needs.
From trend research and concept development to technical drawings, sampling and final collection review, Evildesign combines creative direction with technical product knowledge.
1. Trend and color research:
We research relevant market developments, upcoming trends, colours and consumer needs. This creates a strong foundation for a collection that feels current while remaining true to your brand identity and target audience.
2. Concept development:
What is the story behind your collection?
Together, we develop a clear creative direction, including the collection theme, colour palette, visual language and overall mood. A strong concept creates consistency throughout the collection and helps your audience connect with the brand.
3. Design development:
The concept is translated into commercial and distinctive garment designs.
During this phase, we focus on silhouettes, fabrics, colours, details, graphics and branding elements. Each design is developed with your customer, brand identity and intended price level in mind.
4. Technical development:
Once the designs are approved, Evildesign creates clear technical drawings and production-ready tech packs for clothing manufacturers.
These documents communicate how each garment should be produced and may include measurements, materials, colours, construction details, artworks, trims and finishing instructions.
5. Sampling & fitting:
When the first samples arrive, we review whether the designs have been produced according to the specifications.
Evildesign can support you with sample fittings, detailed comments and product corrections. These adjustments help improve the fit, construction, quality and overall appearance of each garment before production.
6. Collection review:
In the final phase, we review the collection as a whole.
Is the product mix balanced? Are the colours, styles and product groups working together? Are any key items still missing?
Evildesign helps you refine the collection and make the final adjustments needed to prepare it for production and launch.
Not every project requires the full six-step process. Evildesign can also support your team during a specific stage of collection development.
You can hire Evildesign for:
seasonal freelance design support
trend and colour direction
collection concepts
garment and product design
graphics, prints and trims
technical drawings and tech packs

collection structure and range planning.
How we work together
Every project starts with a clear briefing. We discuss your brand identity, target customer, product categories, timing, budget and the support your team needs.
Throughout the project, we work with clear feedback moments and agreed deliverables. Depending on the assignment, collaboration can take place remotely, on-site or through a combination of both.
Evildesign can work independently or as an extension of your existing design, buying and product development team.
