Developing a successful menswear collection requires a clear and well structured process. As your freelance fashion designer, I can support you throughout the full collection development process—from the first concept to the final samples.
Depending on your project, we will work through the following 6-step process:
1. Trend and colour research:
Market, trend and consumer research as a relevant foundation for the collection.
2. Concept development:
A clear creative direction, story, colour palette and visual language.
3. Design development:
Commercial garment designs, details, graphics and branding elements.
4. Technical development:
Technical drawings and production-ready tech packs.
5. Sampling & fitting:
Sample reviews, fittings, corrections and factory feedback.
6. Collection review:
A final review of the product mix, colours and overall collection balance.

I have worked in the fashion industry since 2013 and have contributed to collections for leading fashion brands in the Netherlands. My experience includes projects for and within brands such as PME Legend, CHASIN’, Law of the Sea, Saint Steve and J.C. Rags.
